KEY-PAK "EL" Series of Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines include two single tube and two twin tube models. The single tube machines are available in 8" or 12" maximum bag widths. In addition, two twin tube models are available providing production speeds up to 160 bags per minute. All El models feature PLC controls with dual stepper motor film drives for maximum flexibility and user-friendly operation.

The EL series can be equipped with a wide range of product filling systems, includiung Linear and Combinational Scales, Augers, Volumetric Fillers, Liquid Fillers and even Part Counterse.
Many other options can be added including PRODUCT TAKEAWAY CONVEYOR, PRINITED FILM REGISTRATION, THERMAL AND INK PRINTING, BAG NOTCHING, NITROGEN GAS FLUSH, FILM SPLICING TABLE and CODE DATING.
